Hold The Line ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use Hold The Line.
01 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. During your use of Hold The Line, we store the trading rules you create, your session settings (alarm interval, session end time, flash alert preferences), and session records (duration, rule-check count, and whether you followed your rules). We do not collect financial data, brokerage account information, or trade history.
02 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data solely to provide Hold The Line's features: displaying your rules during sessions, calculating accountability streaks and follow rates, and restoring your settings across devices. We do not sell your data to third parties, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside of what is necessary to operate the service.
03 — DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
Your data is stored in Supabase, a managed database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, which supports email/password and Google OAuth sign-in. We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
04 — COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE
Hold The Line uses authentication tokens stored in your browser to keep you signed in across sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
05 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use Supabase (database and authentication) and Google OAuth (optional sign-in). When you sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy applies to that authentication step. We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
06 — DATA RETENTION & DELETION
Your session history, rules, and settings are retained as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
07 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hold The Line after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
